Eisemann rkle 90 value

I have been offered to buy 2 Eisemann rkle 90 lights (with crome-rings).
They are a bit rusty and the seller said that they do not work so well.

What are those worth in that shape?
Later if I would give them a nice new paintjob and make them work, what would the value be then?
Can the motors on these be easily fixed?
