Probleme mit Hella RTK 6 SL BE

Hello

We have problem with RTK 6 with BE V3.03B KW 32/01

After turn on lights and siren. Only lights turn on.
Control display light up almost all icons (like on photo) and error gong is heared.

When I turn to PROGRAM MODE a took errors codes:
0A0000 alternates with 00000/ also icon blewo buton 1 is blinking
Next time I took code 00020/
I try reset errors but I'm not sure that they was erased.

After PROGRAM MODE display looks like that:

Check the fuses to the RTK6

The fuse between the car battery and the BE is OK. I haven seen any other fuses.

I tried with it today and I have seen such errors:

Hallo Leute,

ich habe eine ähnliche Problem wie die anderen hier. Die RTK 6 ist ja dafür ausgelegt das anstatt der KL-A dort auch ein Arbeitsscheinwerfer installiert werden kann, bitte korrigiert mich falls ich mich irre.
Jedes mal wenn ich nun den Arbeitsscheinwerfer jetzt in die RTK Stecke kommt folgender Fehler 00004. Hat jemand von euch schon mal ein ähnliches Problem gehabt?

Ach ja Ausstattung meiner RTK ist 0A5500
